- Councillor Nana Asante - Personal - Councillor Nana Asante declared a personal interest in that her involvement with the Voluntary and Community Sector Forum meant that she had a personal interest related to most of the organisations under consideration, particularly the following organisations: Harrow Association of Disabled People, Girlguiding Middlesex North West, Harrow Kuwaiti Community Association, Harrow MENCAP, Harrow Shopmobility, the Ignite Trust, London Kalibari, Somali Cultural and Educational Association, Soul Survivor Harrow.
