- Councillor Sue Anderson - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Susan Anderson declared a non-pecuniary interest in that she was a member of Unison, although not of the branch involved in the call-in. She would remain in the room while the matter was considered and voted upon.

- Councillor Nana Asante - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Nana Asante declared a non-pecuniary interest in that she was a member of Stanmore Baptist Church, which was an organisation likely to be affected by the outcome of the decision. She would remain in the room while the matter was considered and voted upon.
- Councillor Tony Ferrari - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Tony Ferrari declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he had been a Member of Cabinet when the matter had first been taken forward for decision. He would remain in the room while the matter was considered and voted upon.

- Councillor Barry Macleod-Cullinane - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Barry Macleod-Cullinane declared a non pecuniary interest in the above item in that his sister was a teacher at Hatch End High School. He would remain in the room whilst the matter was considered and voted upon.
